DIAMONDS

Diamonds are treasured for their brilliance and strength; however, they are not indestructible. Under certain conditions, diamonds may chip or sustain damage if subjected to impact, pressure, or force. Such occurrences are a natural risk of wear and are not considered manufacturing faults.

GEMSTONES

Natural gemstones possess unique characteristics and beauty. Over time, gemstones may experience chips, cracks, or surface wear, particularly when exposed to impact or daily use. Some gemstones are inherently more delicate and benefit from mindful handling.

PRECIOUS METALS

Precious metals evolve with wear, reflecting the journey of each piece. Gold, silver, and platinum may scratch, bend, warp, or gently discolour over time. Exposure to pressure, force, chemicals, cosmetics, fragrances, heat, or water may influence the appearance of the metal. These changes are considered a natural result of regular wear.

WARRANTY INFORMATION

This warranty does not extend to normal wear and tear, accidental damage, misuse, improper care, or external force. Diamond or gemstone damage or loss, as well as metal bending, warping, scratching, or discolouration, are not regarded as manufacturing defects. We offer a six-month warranty against stones falling out due to manufacturing defects. Please note that stones lost because of normal wear and tear or damage to the jewellery item are not covered under this warranty.
